Option 1 Staffing was extremely insightful and helpful during my job search. I was quickly connected to multiple opportunities, and the staff was very communicative and kept me updated on everything they needed from me to quickly be placed a position that I was very interested in. It worked out great and I actually took a permanent position at the company they placed me at after my contract ended.

And I love it! Option 1 listened to all my wants and needs for a potential job and the opportunities they gave me were a great fit. Highly recommend for anyone out there struggling to find a job or are unsure of what direction to go in! Lovely staff, very kind and passionate about what they do to help others find a job they love.

Getting hired through a temp. agency felt a bit off, especially for it being my first time; however my recruiter Paula made the whole process super clear and easy! It started off with a face to face interview via zoom and clear instructions to complete the whole onboarding process. The agency moves at your pace and helps you find your best fit! I state this because the agency is not responsible for the type of environment you will endure.

I currently have the opportunity to work in the ER of a hospital and as a warning just be prepared for fast-paced work! The team trained me immaculately! However, if you think the position you are assigned too is not well fit for you, Option 1 Staffing will help you find your the best working style for you, just be honest with them and they will help! Overall, the agency is really good and well-trusted! I hope you give them a chance so they can continue to grow as well!
