Hourly Consulting is the most common mode of onboarding consultants. In this model, consultants are onboarded for a minimum number of hours per engagement at an hourly rate. The consultant prepares a timesheet at the end of each week, which is approved by the responsible manager. MindSource bills the client at the billing rate and pays the consultant at the agreed on hourly rate.
