No words can EXPRESS how THANKFUL I am of ELLEN and her staff: Paisley, Cecily, Gretchen, and Mia! An Executive Administrative Assistant and a Retail Sales Associate from the Bay Area (took time off) then moved to Santa Cruz. I was able to get a job within a few days for a temporary assignment and to get my feet wet. Staffing provided assessment skills test in order to improve skills or work on skills as well as getting the experience in an assigned job. Enables yourself to gauge and reassess or refresh your skills while on assignment.
And bringing your past experiences and other skills while learning new skills. Helpful for WOMEN getting back to work! ELLEN is an EXCELLENT communicator and GENUINE recruiter. I would like to highly recommend Ellen, Gretchen and the whole staff at Santa Cruz Staffing to anyone looking for a job or looking to fill a position. Ellen has been wonderful and encouraging and supportive from the moment I met her. She really listened to what I was looking for and found the absolute perfect position with me. No matter what or how extensive your work history is, it can sometimes take a toll on your self esteem but, once I began working with Ellen she became my personal cheerleader and helped me find my forever job.
