Why Patriot is the worst temp agency in town- 1. Linda dislikes Black people. She pretty much runs the office- 2. They only hire you for commission profits. 3. They mislead you about job assignments. 4. They disregard your personal life. 5. They can term you at any time, for any reason. Especially if you're not a favorite temp. 6. They are poor judges of character. You've been warned.

This company is the worst temp I ever dealt with in my life first of all the lady that picks up the phone Linda whatever her name she is so rude and unprofessional her people skills is trash how are people going to be interested in trying to work with you y'all when there's no communication that is really sad I hope that they work on their employees or else higher new ones!

I've been working there for a month and a half until I had a condition where I was sent home one day. I went and received a doctor excuse explaining what happened that same day. I went in going to get a cash advance but found out they was sending people out from left to right. When I asked again if there was an available assignment, they said there wasn't any. I smell BS a mile away. Patriots, why even bother?
That's right. They want you to work to the bone but if something happened that's important, your azzed out. Thank you for paying my bills but thanks for not being completely honest on available work. Don't bother going there for work!

Somehow temporary workers from this "company" got my personal cell phone number. I work full time at a furniture store where they were brought in as temporary help. On a Saturday I received 16 text messages as part of a group text conversation from temp employees who seemed to have been drunk. When I asked who gave them my number, they would only say they weren't going to "snitch". If you value your full time staff's personal information, you might think twice before hiring ANY temp laborers from this company. The only reason I've given this company a one star rating is because there is no fraction option.
