Critical: Responsiveness I spoke to Nicole Kakleas on June 24th about a posted position. She told me at the end of the conversation that it was not 'her' posting, but that of a coworker. She said she would speak to him about it and call me back. Here it is almost a month later and nothing from her or anyone at this company.

This is the second job Michael Charette has placed me at in 3 years. He's very knowledgeable, dedicated, and never gave up even under the COVID circumstances. He called me every week to check up on my to see if I needed anything. Most importantly, he listened to me. He found a perfect job for me fulfilling all of my requirements.

Critical: Professionalism Had received multiple calls about a job posting. Interviewed and have tried reaching out to Alden a couple of times but have not received a call back. Disappointing that they can't let someone know what's going with a job for better or worse.

A senior recruiter contacted me to schedule an appointment for a specific job posting. I followed up with her a week later as I never heard back from them and she told me the company selected another candidate. I applied a month later for 2 different postings and I never heard back. Quite honestly, do not even waste your time with them. You have more luck searching and finding something yourself than relying on this agency!
