Prior to establishing the firm, Tews spent five years with General Mills/Darden Restaurants working in both Financial Planning and Analysis and Government Relations. Charles is very involved in the Central Florida community having served as President Of The Country Club Of Orlando, Board Chair for The Coalition For The Homeless Of Central Florida and Board Chair for The Pace Center For Girls.
