At Hired, we are dedicated to nurturing purpose and advancing economic opportunity for all through individualized employment and career services. Our mission focuses on empowering individuals to achieve sustainable careers that benefit not only themselves but also their families, employers, and communities. We provide tailored career coaching, job placement services, and specialized training programs for low-income job seekers and youth facing barriers to stability. Our programs emphasize educational assistance, workplace readiness, and wraparound support services, including financial aid for transportation and interview attire. With a commitment to racial equity, we serve a diverse population, including 71% individuals identifying as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and 69% women. Our 2023 impact includes 4,307 individuals receiving career coaching, 1,271 securing employment with an average starting wage of $26.50/hour, and 1,039 youth receiving career support.

We collaborate with employer partners, educational institutions, and government agencies to create pathways to economic mobility. Our values of putting people first, advancing equity, and working together guide every aspect of our operations. We measure success through the long-term stability of our participants, evidenced by 8,691 children experiencing greater home stability in 2023. As a nationally recognized organization, we continue to innovate through programs like our Semiconductor Career Pathways initiative, which graduated its first cohort in 2024.
