This is the best Staffing firm I have worked for. Recruiters and Managers keep you in the loop of the expectations of upcoming work and what you can expect of each of their clients. Pay rates are above par and Rightech has been flexible with the type of assignments you can work. This is the only staffing firm I desire to work with.

Be very wary giving this company any of your personal information. I have not worked for them in years and I am still receiving weekly emails to my personal email address and text messages to my personal cell phone containing lewd and incredibly offensive text and pictures. They seem to have some type of cyber security issue that they have not been able to solve for years.
