HORRIBLE dental agency to work for! This company is driven by money and only money, except you will see none of it. They pay much lower than the average for nearly every position. Go to online site and input your own pay rate you like for Dental Hygenist is $55-60+ and RDA $28+. This company will pay u $8-10 lower than online dental agency. Don't work for them. I was told by a dentist that if I was hire by them I would get $24-25 for a front desk assistant with over 20 years+ experience.
But I was hire through another agency which is ONLINE and get $30+. Thank goodness to the nice dentist who is on my side. Screw this dental company. They are only sweet to you over the phone when asking you to temp but if u refused then they would get mad and never call u again!

Martha and Jennifer have been the most amazing staffers! I was in desperate need of coverage after I had an employee on quarantine during COVD-19 and was in need of two weeks worth of temps.
