I would like to posit that these people, especially Kathryn Pelekanos, have managed to place me in a position that is so unimaginably perfect for me and thus perfect for my employer, that I constantly feel the need to offer praise and positivity for them. They have been patient with me as I transitioned into their system and offered help and support at every turn, making sure that once I was in the door, I was never without. This is one of the most amazing companies I've ever worked with and for! The team is always prompt, efficient, and professional. Showalter S. from Kineticom provided me with a very well-paying job opportunity. The interviewing process for this job was extremely lengthy, with about half a dozen interviews of up to 2 hours per interview. During this rather long and arduous process, Mr. Showalter went above and beyond in keeping me up to date with the status of my application. He even went as far as to prepare me for each interview.
His communication skills were outstanding, and he was always very quick to respond to any questions I had (often well after office hours). I don't know what this guy is getting paid, but he deserves a raise for sure. There's "doing your job" and there's "excelling at your job". Showalter S. embodies the latter. Many thanks to Kineticom and Mr. Showalter (including his colleague Trevor) for this life altering job opportunity.
