It has been a long time since i had the privilege to work for this Company, but i can say that without a doubt, it has been my favorite organization to work for, the assistance they provided was simply the Best! I recently retired from a Management position for Southwest Airlines of 20yrs, and although Southwest has a great reputation, it was nothing compared to the friendly professional atmosphere I experienced working for this Company. Did i make as much as i did at Southwest?

Not even close, but I enjoyed every minute working for Brown & Dunton, something I cannot say about any other job i have had in my lifetime. If you are willing to put forth the effort and work hard, it will not go unnoticed and will lead to great things. My highest recommendation!

I had been job hunting for months, but Todd was the first person to give me constructive, actionable feedback on my resume. After taking his suggestions, I had new interest, interviews within a week, and a new job within 3 weeks. Even though BDI didn't have any jobs in my field, he still was the most help I had in ages, and without our talk, I would still be on the hunt. Thank you so much.

I sought out BDI to assist with finding clerical employment. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm hello and smile. Though he was not able to help me with a job, he was honest and that is something that doesn't happen regularly today. Jim told me he reviewed my resume and after careful consideration and searching he said with my resume and job history (I've done clerical but more of waitressing) that I will probably have better luck not going through them as they mainly concentrate on labor and clerical and right now there's no clerical openings (that goes through his staffing).

He brought up Salem/keizer school districts as my most recent job was with north Albany schools. He brought the webpage up and showed me all the opportunities. He took the time to go through a few of the jobs and painted me in the right direction. In the end, he wanted me to find employment/paycheck rather than waiting for a call from his agency and wasn't sure when that call would be.

He didn't want to string me along with hopes for however long. I don't know him personally, but was treated as a friend who was looking out and concerned with my daily life and all the responsibilities that come with it. Thank you very much for your friendliness, positive attitude, and honesty. If you're searching for employment in their speciality, please seek out BDI. They couldn't help me but I'm sure they can help you!

My girlfriend & I (I am also female), we both also have tattoos & a couple piercings, went into BDI looking for a job (obviously) & Todd told us it would be really hard to find us a job because of our (quote) "sexual preference & the way you made your appearance for your life". Never have I EVER been so offended. Felt so discriminated. If that's how you run your company, I definitely don't want to work with it. Ignorant. Will NEVER recommend & will be taking this further.

I came in with resume in hand after receiving a call and waited for nearly 15 minutes after finishing my online portion for the lady to come back from somewhere in the back. After a few more minutes, a kind but very inappropriate and unprofessionally speaking man came out and asked me what kind of work I wanted. He told me to call him Thursday 3/21 and he'd follow up with me.

He didn't answer and I left a voicemail with how to get back to me and he had my resume with my contact information. I still haven't received anything stating he heard my voicemail. Didn't seem like a professional business to me in my experience, wouldn't really recommend.

I've worked with several different staffing/employment agencies, and they all have been happy to help, BDI stands out to me because of how truly personal their interest felt - not as though they simply wanted to get someone a job, but it felt like they wanted to find me something that was going to make me happy. They are amazing and a fantastic company to work with!

I was very happy with BDI. They were friendly most of all and made me feel very comfortable. After speaking with me for just a short time they sent me out on an interview and placed me immediately. I would highly recommend BDI to anyone interested in working. Very nice people.

What to say about this amazing company and the staff. Exceptional! Always greeted with a smile even when talking with them over the phone you can tell they are smiling. BDI has a job in just about every industry/career field there is. Give them call. You won't be sorry.

Dawn is very helpful and so professional and friendly. Corrina at the front desk is very nice and efficient as well. I signed up with BDI Staffing and the process until i became employed has been pleasurable and i have been informed all the way through the hiring process. I moved from out of state and I would recommend BDI!I look forward to a lasting working relationship. Thank you BDI!

I absolutely loved the experience with everyone at BDI! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and I had a job that day and I am loving my job! I have worked with another staffing agency before so I was kind of leary but after coming to BDI I felt at ease right away. I would definitely recommend BDI to anyone who is looking for a job.

My only issue that I have ever had with BDI was not with BDI as a company but rather the receptionist, she was rather impolite when I first inquired about seeking help finding a job. I asked her for an application and she gave me a look of disgust and thrust an application into my hand and said "Here, you need a resume. Bring it back when you have one" in a somewhat angry and rude voice and then returned to looking at the computer screen.

I later returned with the application and resume in hand and was promptly seen by one of the employees, not sure who it was, and was given a job on the spot. I am still employed at the same job site that they sent me off to and am thoroughly enjoying it. I have been employed there for almost 2 months now. So in the end my only grievance was the original hostility I received from the receptionist but other then that I have nothing but glowing reviews in terms of them finding and giving you a job to do.
