We needed a nanny while traveling to Napa. We contacted a few different agencies and promptly heard back via email and phone from Grapevine placement agency. I was a bit nervous, as one of my children has some behavioral issues. The nanny was early, experienced, and excellent. She even had experience with children with behavioral issues and the kids had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this agency.

Needed a sitter for our 5 year old daughter; Grapevine was recommended by the hotel; they were great from start to finish; easy to book, very clear confirmation emails, sitter showed up on perfectly on time (both nights), and my daughter loved her; it was also appreciated that we had the same sitter both nights; great experience
