Perfect Timing feels more like a full-service agency than most other placement agencies. I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey and Leah while on a long-term assignment through PT and it was effortless. They treat their employees fairly and with genuine respect and enthusiasm. I can't say enough good things about Perfect Timing. I've been with them off and on for several years. They always have something interesting for me; they are well-connected with employers especially in Marin County. I found Perfect Timing by pure accident when I applied for a job and it was the best thing ever. Nina helped me regularly find a job that would fit my interests and help me grow my skills while also being kind and giving great advice. Id recommend Perfect Timing (and especially Nina) to anyone looking at temp work or just trying to find a fresh start, the level of care and help they provide is truly phenomenal.
Edit: Still 5 stars, just wanted to give an update. I would really recommend Perfect Timing to anyone. Previously, I was a barista making minimum wage and now because of the assistance at Perfect Timing I was able to find work that is better suited to my skills and I'm being paid more. Since my prior review I've had the chance to also work with Leah and Geoffrey and they are phenomenal and has highlighted how caring and hardworking everyone is at Perfect Timing

Perfect Timing is the best placement/temp agency I have ever worked with. I have turned to them when I have been laid off--more than once--and each time they have provided me with ideal temp and temp-to-hire opportunities. Perfect Timing is a small, boutique agency and, in my experience, the jobs they get are more interesting and better paying than what is generally available through the larger temp companies. (I work in admin/operations.) Plus, all the people at Perfect Timing are professional, kind, and go the extra-mile for you. They invest time in getting to know you and your strengths so they can promote you in the best way possible. I have nothing but praise for them.

By far the easiest and most enjoyable job recruitment and application I have ever had! Renee was fantastic--super easy to interview with (she puts you at ease from the get) and her suggestions for my application materials for the job posting were smart, witty, professional, and postive.
