We specialize in contract, contract-to-hire, as well as direct hire IT opportunities in the St. Louis market. We pride ourselves in having a personal approach to find the perfect match for our clients and candidates and work primarily from a referral basis, finding St. Louis' top talent.
Randy Pace

After 10 years with a large National Recruiting firm, Randy started his own staffing company in 1992. With his Master's degree in IT from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and ten years of Information Technology management experience prior entering recruiting, Randy developed a strong technical foundation that has prepared him for the IT recruiting profession.
Kristy Gibson

Kristy started her recruiting career in 1994 after graduating from college with a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She began her career in permanent placement staffing and was trained by one of the top recruiters in the St. Louis area. Kristy strives to exceed the client's and candidate's expectations by providing prompt service and the highest degree of ethics, honesty, and integrity. In the late 90's, she began working more on the Account Management side, doing business development and staff augmentation placements.
Connie Coffey

In 2017, Connie joined Pace Staffing as our Marketing Specialist and was then promoted to Office Manager in 2019. Connie wears many hats as our Office Manager. Her responsibilities include: processing weekly payroll, assisting with various inquiries and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, building and maintaining the company website, managing various social network outlets, creating and preparing marketing material and planning special company events and career fairs.
