Since March 2020, I've been an independent contractor. Ann at KRG reached out to me a few months ago regarding a legal secretary position in Rochester. I wasn't actively trying to leave my other job, but I was interested in getting back in my field after being laid off during the pandemic. I originally was unresponsive after I was sent the incorrect testing info, but Ann reached out to me once again to let me know the employer was still very interested in interviewing me.
I filled out the correct tests and proofed the resume she made for me and had a successful interview a week later. I am now happily employed at my firm and have been for the past few months. Ann was very personable and transparent about everything -- super easy to follow up with her via text and very supportive throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend working with KRG, they made everything so much easier for me. Thanks Ann!

I cant say enough good things about this place and Peggy Koch! I relocated back to WNY and applied for a job through KRG on Indeed. Within a day I was contacted by Peggy and we were able to meet two days later to discuss what I was looking for. She scheduled multiple interviews for me within hours of meeting that day and I was able to secure a job in less than a week of our first meeting. She gave me resume and interview guidance and also checked in with me frequently throughout the process. I'm so thankful for Peggy and her team :
