Worked me 20 days before I got my 1st check deposited and the card they use for that robbed me out of $260 before I could have it rerouted. Once I left I never received my final check. Never even met anyone over me except my manager! I worked in a large plant so I had to constantly be in the way of their employees which became confrontational quite a bit. They made no effort to contact me with solutions. Terrible Company especially in SC.

I worked with Dycos per 4 anos and that place is very nice. The manager Mandy and the owners are very professional, respectful and very human people. I miss that place a lot. They work with all people who need a job.

It about time management was dealt with just hate that it took this long and the loss of a lot of good employees now maybe if dycos have all management come from the outside instead of in house it be better off because still it too many people that in management done did crooked stuff Evette will be a great manager as long as her daughter doesn't mess that up and Evette treats her like she would all other employees but I think she will be fair too many people made complaints and nothing was done bc some of bosses are corporate office didn't care what the employees had to say either I'm so glad Lewis is out that building and Erica also

The manger lewis Pittman at the Smithfield location is horrible he doesnt know wat he is doing, hes stealing money, covering for ppl that steal equipment, and sleeping with half his female staff behind his wife back I will make sure to tell everyone not to apply there and the HR is horrible to dont even fight for the employees or anything they side wit lewis and he steals money from them. Wont even give proper equipment for us to clean the areas we assigned to clean like who really wants to clean toilets with just a pair of gloves and a rag and that's it.
Let's his drug dealing employees named dennis beauregard and shatina Seealy pay other ppl to keep quiet while they go have sex in locker rooms and aleesha Frank gets her boyfriend drunk every night at work and nothing has been done about it went to lewis plenty of times with proof and he doesnt do anything about it HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

Supervisor at Carolina pride was a instigator stirred up problems between employees. He didnt know how to manage people at all, judging them and making remarks to other coworkers about other coworkers.
