Delta Dallas began in 1983 in the kitchen of our founder, Linda Crawford, as an alternative to the resume mills that saturated the staffing industry at the time. From the company's humble beginning, Crawford set herself and Delta Dallas apart quickly in the industry by fulfilling the needs of both employers and candidates, ensuring all placements to be a great fit for both parties.
The company quickly grew as Delta Dallas' reputation spread throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth business community. From the early 1980's through present day, Delta Dallas has evolved beyond simple sourcing to offering various staffing consulting services such as training programs for both candidates and employers, detailed reporting, analysis and evaluation services, recruiting programs, executive placements and more.
