Texas Workforce is a joke! They never really help anyone, and I'm sick of the run around with them. Childcare assistance is non existent, unemployment makes mistakes on their evaluations leaving you owing money you didn't have to begin with, they refuse to help you find a job and instead always tell you just look at our online listings and apply. what are these people even here for? Someone please enlighten me, because I'd love to know!

They are horrible. The only reason they have these good reviews is probably bc someone begged them too. They showed lack of compassion and empathy. This all through a simple phone call. I don't recommend this location. Worse customer service ever!

I was completely blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism i received from CARMEN. I spoke to her over the phone. This is my first time ever requesting unemployment it's super stressful and hard to fully understand but CARMEN was super informative and helpful answering every question I had and guided me through my online troubles with the workforce website. I don't know what the other people are like there but I'd just ask for CARMEN just to be sure you get amazing customer service! Keep up the great work!

This place is very friendly and efficient. I was amazed at how big and comfortable the interior is, although the parking lot is rather busy. From the instant you walk in the door you are greeted and your needs are acknowledged, I was quickly interviewed and out the door for a job. I will be very blunt: if you need to work for whatever reason, this is the place to go. They make you feel appreciated and they have many options to meet your skills and abilities.
This is not what I had imagined- it is big and clean and classy and helpful. I was concerned it would be a packed place with sweaty people staring and yapping and coughing and sniffling and that I would be there forever but that is not the case at all! I was actually so cool and comfortable I didn't want to leave. I never thought I would give a place like this a 5 star review but they certainly deserve it. The parking lot is huge but there are other businesses so I recommend that you arrive early and you will be very happy.

This was an amazing workforce solutions! They were very helpful and ensured that I got the best help possible. I visited multiple times, and although they have a lot of people coming in for help, they work efficiently. This Westheimer Workforce Solutions is great. If you are looking for academic help, scholarships, or jobs, I encourage you to visit this location.
