Just look elsewhere for jobs, this company will not help you. It's been over a week and I know for a fact that they have not contacted any of my references so I know they are not passing on my resume to any potential employers. They also said they would keep in contact with me and they have totally ghosted me. Better to apply to jobs directly through indeed or Craigslist, avoid using a 3rd party employment agency such as this one. Companies: please don't waste your time using career concepts to post your ads.
The employees here are unprofessional and the interview was completely useless on asking what my actual work abilities are. Spending more time asking about what my hobbies are should not be relevant, ask me about my experience level and what I am actually capable of. It's better for companies to hold their own interviews and see if that person is a fit
