While many businesses were reopening and many people with out work. Texas Workforce Center were still closed. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Depending on the day, the help desk lady might give eye contact while giving requested information. Mostly you seem to bother her as a BLK elderly minority, shame on her. The computer room employees are super helpful and nice on the other hand and helped tremendously with my resume.

The facility is clean and welcoming, the staff are all very friendly and they are always hosting hiring events. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. It's much better than many of it's sister locations in other cities.

This place is friendly, comfortable, and makes you feel at home, but there is one issue. If do not need to ask for help and know exactly what you are doing, a few of the resource room employees will monitor your every move and constantly look over your computer, not trusting you to do the right thing. I am in the military, but the employees don't know that. I should not have to wear uniform to be treated right. This has happened on several occasions.

Unbelievably helpful staff. Kelly and Ron definitely helped me get my resume in order and back out on the job market. This is the first place you need to go if you are an unemployed veteran.
