I have worked for Normann as a temp (where they found me the best job I ever had!), AND I have worked with Normann Temps to hire a temp to permanent employee. Their staffing is top-notch, both in matching an employee with an employer and in sending highly qualified, professional candidates to fill a job. My office could not be happier with our now-permanent employee, found for us by Normann. Everyone in their office is knowledgeable, kind, and diligent in placing people in jobs that fit. I called today for the first time to a temp agency in high hopes. I explained on the phone my past work experience as a hairdresser for 11 years, but that I was looking to change careers and before I could continue the representative cut me off and goes. "We can't help you." She continued to say that they only use applicants who have relevant work experience and that I didn't qualify. That my resume would just sit and they wouldn't refer me to anyone.
I asked to make an appointment anyway and see if I was available for any jobs. She told me it was a waste of time and ended the call. I understand certain jobs have certain requirements/experience, but she blatantly put my career down as if I was completely incompetent to do anything else. I thought a temp agency was where you go to find experience. Horrible service and incredibly rude representative.
