Worked for this agency for 2 weeks in total. They bent over backwards for me whilst i was there. Promised 36.5 hrs but they forgot to mention they dont work bank holidays so was two days down for easter unexpectidly. Tried to get paid your holiday pay when you leave is like gold dust. Still waiting for my leaving holiday pay and p45 at the time of writing this and its 2weeks late now due to "admin errors" on both weeks
