The Marketplace includes a year-round indoor market, mini retail center, demonstration and incubator kitchens, and entrepreneurial support services for small businesses, retail spaces and office suites. SVRC Industries is a full-service Industrial Services provider: incoming part inspection, light precision assembly, final assembly inspection (gauging, visual inspection), product packaging, and materials management.

SVRC's specialty is providing light industrial precision assembly, material management, and delivery solutions for manufacturers that require fast turnaround times and a zero NCM PPM.

Assists in housing developments like Joan Manley Wolf Apartment or Barnard Transitional Apts for people with disabilities and senior citizens.

Providing therapy to children, adults, seniors and families so they can overcome challenges and live a healthier, happier life, in these trying times. Therapy supplies for working with young children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and/or autism. Assist low-income individuals without insurance to find resources for fulfillment of medication prescriptions.
