For each hour a RUSH Associate works, you will be billed the hourly rate of pay, our processing fee, the employer paid taxes, and the workers' compensation cost. RUSH Personnel is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price. You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position.

To get started, you will be required to fill out an application and have a personal interview with one of our Staffing Specialists. Our hiring process is based on matching the skills and experience of our available applicants with the specific job needs of our employer clients. When there is a job opportunity for you, one of our Staffing Specialists will call and describe the job duties.

Step 2: Review the posted jobs, and select a job that you would like to be considered for. Step 3: After completing the online application, a representative will be contacting you to setup a video interview. Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete, you will be considered based on your preferences and skills, and will be offered appropriate positions if any are available.
