I have worked with The Connors Group as both a candidate (2011) and as an employee (2014 - 2018). The small business is a strategic staffing firm focusing on IT and Digital Marketing jobs - both consulting and RTH positions in the north and south eastern USA (though occasionally mid-west and west-coast roles as well, depending on client need). Recruiters who work here are all seasoned in staffing as well as fluent in technology, which is helpful for hiring managers and job-seekers alike.

Depending on the labor market and specifically, who you partner with at the company - individuals will find that relationships span careers. With their expertise in demand - professionals at The Connors Group are often busy!.But their services are certainly worthwhile. Highly recommend this group.

Poor communication. Professionally immature, no follow up and even ghosting.so silly and I recommend both companies and candidates avoid working with this group to land talent since they are incredibly disorganized.

Harassing phone calls every day from a different number. it is a recording from connor employment. There is no way to stop the harassing calls!
