Coleman & Company opened its doors in 1999 as a generalist executive firm servicing the financial services industry. In 2003, an SOS call came in from a former client. This call eventually changed our focus and landed us where we are today with our focus on Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. The firm was setting up operations in the US and required investment talent to evaluate the viability of potential US acquisitions.

They were having trouble finding the right talent. Back then, Infrastructure was not a separate sector and there were very few professionals with relevant experience in the USA.
