Quality Personnel helped place me in my current full-time position within 2 weeks. Your mileage may vary, but I found the team to be competent, effective, and I'm still here at my new gig nearly 4 years later. You need to help yourself though; QP can help get you the interview, but it's up to you to be dressed appropriately, read-up on the company you're interviewing with, and give sharp answers. I went on a two week assignment with these people and when it ended after two weeks, this agency mailed a rude letter to me and wanted me to sign it. Of course, I refused. I believe they possibly do this to keep temps from applying for UI benefits; however, I wasn't even collecting UI benefits at the time, so there was no need for the nasty gram. It seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience, after reading the review below. If you don't want to use a temp again, don't call them anymore. A rude letter is not necessary and you cannot force people to sign anything they don't want to.
