Established in 1986, Linda James created Quality Personnel to better serve the community. Since then, QP has been representing some of the finest companies in Collin County, and all surrounding areas. Over two decades later, the business was purchased by a new owner, Gwen O'Connor, who wanted nothing but the same as the original Founder to, serve and give back to the community.
