Accel is staffed by very friendly agents who seem to take a personal interest in their "talent." Upon interviewing with Accel I was called back within hours for a position that was both in a good location (Across from BART, bike-riding distance) and at a decent pay rate. My concern with Accel is, they're a farily small business with a small market-share, so I don't get very many calls when I'm available.
They also contract a lot of work out beyond my range, and frequently mentioned that they had something, but it would be 45min-hour commute away. They're very professional, very nice, but I don't think they get as much business as I'd like my agency to.
