Since 1978, Riverside Personnel Services, founded by Sue Mitchell and Zelma "Zee" Beard, has assisted Inland Empire businesses by providing quality staffing. RPS specializes in the placement of skilled office and accounting professionals from clerical support to high-level accounting. Co-Founder, CEO, CPC1, started RIVERSIDE PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC (RPS) in 1978 with Zee Beard. Sue grew up in Ohio and spent three years at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, pursuing a degree in Education. Her move to California in 1975 re-kindled her entrepreneurial spirit - resulting in Riverside Personnel.

Riverside Personnel Services specializes in the placement of skilled office and accounting professionals from clerical support to high-level accounting. This option allows the client to have the candidate on Riverside Personnel Services' payroll for the first 560 hours. The candidate can transfer over to the clients payroll after the 560 hours have been met without a buy-out fee.
