By 2000 Ad-VANCE had expanded into the Sarasota market and had developed exclusive vendor relationships with key employers such as SYSCO Food Services, Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Champs Sports & Footlocker, Johnson Smith Company, Beall's Inc. and Sarasota County Government.

In addition, Hospitality Associates was formed in 2014 to focus on the hospitality and event staffing needs of the Manatee and Sarasota marketplace and has quickly become the industry leader.

Referral Program
Report
If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award of $50 after the new employee has worked for Ad-Vance Talent for 60 hours. Once the new employee has worked for 120 hours, you will receive an additional $50 for a total of $100 per eligible new employee. Only one referral award can be given per candidate.
Career Track

Career Track is a collaboration between Ad-Vance Talent Solutions, Suncoast CareerSource and Manatee Technical College to assist non-graduating students without a GED, earn a GED and get a full-time job opportunity with a true career ladder. Career Track has partnered with leading area employers in a variety of industries that need entry level talent and that have career advancement opportunities for the right individuals. Full time job offers are contingent upon the student earning their GED and completing a 90-day probationary period with the employer.
