Though founded in 2004, Trade Team comes from a rich industrial tradition dating back to 1875 when Charles J. Colonna first started a marine repair company in Virginia. That company would later be known as Colonna's Shipyard, the oldest continuous family owned and operated private shipyard in the United States.
