McCall's has been a great employment resource for me. Over the years- particularly last year as I moved back to SF during the pandemic- they're found me permanent jobs in 2 different fields (both law and in education). Other agencies just now tell you "to go online and apply to something you like" with zero personal attention. Laura at McCalls always checked in with me and followed up as to how my job hunting situation was going. I always felt like they cared and treated me as an individual, not just a number. Mari is excellent. She was referred to me over 8 years ago when I first moved to San Francisco and really had my back in finding temporary jobs that were a excellent matches for me; I actually received offers at two different companies who decided to keep me on permanently! Mari has since and continued to be in my corner. Her thoughtfulness in wanting to support my career growth and matching me up with opportunities was pivotal in helping gain experience that would lead me into what is now a career in staffing (ironically). I want to recommend Sara with McCall Staffing as an exceptional recruiter. Sara is extremely resourceful and responsive, which ended in me having the perfect position with a great company after only a few weeks of reaching out to Sara. When it comes to MCCALL staffing, why was my Race, as far as being Black was brought to my attention and was told that MCCALL couldn't offer me anything after explaining That I could send a updated resume, seeing as Iv been working in temp agencies for about 2 years now.and I was directed to a labor base job or tesla. I honestly feel disrespected as person! 2/28/18
