Applied here for the first time a year ago, The company I was placed with was a joke. 3 months into the position, fed up I wound up walking off the job. Upon leaving I immediately contacted the agency. I didn't really feel as if they supported me especially already knowing I was having issues with the working conditions. I was told that they'd find me something else but was never contacted by them again.

Fast forward to recently I reapplied. During my interview I didn't appreciate the flat unwelcoming tone of the recruiter. Prior to me speaking with her. I overheard a conversation by this same recruiter and another stating all the current people they had applying weren't already in their system and that was great news. So basically if you're not a new applicant or a "favorable" current or previous employee they couldn't careless about you. I'll be requesting that they remove me from their system I'll find work elsewhere.

I worked here from 2016-2017. First job was a receptionist job for a month or so and everything was fine. Second job was quality control for medical notes. This job lasted longer and there were times were I needed to take a day off for family emergencies or events. I made sure if it was alright with the company I was working for to take days off and they were totally cool with it. Workplace however will write you up for "missing work".

I was walking in to court to get legally married when they called me to come in to sign the write up. You don't get paid when you don't work and so do they. I quit the next week. This company just wants bodies in to work. Looks like this place hasn't changed.

They got me an interview with a company, then kept rescheduling the interview daily. The company ended up hiring someone else before I even got my interview.

The first time I ever came to this place one of t.h he recruiters made fun of my resume, and when I called to complain my husband and I were told there was no longer any work for us from thus office. Just because I didn't appreciate someone making fun of me. 10 years later I found myself out of work, and figuredvmaybe after all this time things are different. Well I didn't get laughed at by staff, but the jobs that are posted, suddenly are all filled. We call this the No Work Place

Had the displeasure of getting a job through this outfit back in 2014. At first, they sent me for an orientation at a pharmaceutical packaging plant. I didn't get a call back from that, so later Workplace sent me to an orientation at Kettle Foods up in Beloit. I was put on a temp position boxing potato chips for shipment and performing quality control from 11pm to 7am for about $8.50/hr IIRC.

I could hardly stay awake during those hours because the work was so repetitive and boring. It didn't help that most of the people I worked with were brainless tools. After a week of that garbage, I found a job that would return me to driving a truck for a living, as I've had a Class A CDL for years. Anyway, when I returned to Workplace for my one and only paycheck, I found that it had been shorted about 10 hours on what should have been a 40-hour work week. Complaints about it got me nowhere, as Workplace denied the theft and Kettle Foods claimed my time card had been turned in to, you guessed it, Workplace.

What was I going to do? Suffer more than it was worth to file a small claim for all of 85 bucks? I had a real career to get back to. Take my review for what you feel it's worth. My advice is to stay away from Workplace and every other bottom feeding temp service out there, as Workplace isn't the first one to have ripped me off. However, it will definitely be the last.

Do not fall for the customer service job they offer! They will place you in the rockford servicom location and claim they are hiring because of growth. They are aware of the unsafe and unhealthy work environment at servicom but try to deny what is actually going on there. They do not care about what they are placing people in its incentive for them. They will not even attempt to find anything better for you and turn a blind eye to the realities of servicom.

My initial visits was for assembly line and I had a question regarding servicom. The woman at the desk did not know what the company was for the assembly position, did not know the rate of pay, did not know anything that I asked her about the assembly position then she told me that I would only be able to apply to one job. She asked me which job did I want to apply to.

She kept hinting that servicom Was direct hire and not temp. So of coarse I chose them in addition to her not knowing much about the Assembly position. I went through all the servicom steps I was going to take the job then I found a huge fight on Facebook. The building does not seem secure and the company does not sound like something that I am interested in. I feel completely mislead and blinded by the people that are responsible for job placement. Never will I return!

Linda is God aweful. She does NOT care about the people looking for employment What so ever. I honestly feel bad for whoever works for this place, and whoever owns it. She is damaging the companies name and reputation.

Terrible Service! Our company has used them for several years on and off and it was always ok but never great. My last call to them was today when I was rudely brushed off by Linda. She didn't take the time to even let me finish my sentence before she said they had many other clients and couldn't be of help for what we need. Of course I am fine with them not having anyone, however the tone and rudeness was completely uncalled for.
