My experience with Leddy Group dates back to seven years ago when I first moved to New Hampshire. My first experience was with the recruiter Mark Thompson and it definitely was not the best first impression. Fast forward to 2021 when I reached out to Leddy Group again and had the pleasure of meeting Keislyn De Leon! Keislyn was absolutely amazing with the time she took to get to know me, my skills, and what I wanted to do next in my career path.

There were many conversations that Keislyn and I had where I truly felt that she understood my needs and wanted to find the best fit for me. It did take about seven months to find a job that met my needs, however Keislyn knew exactly what I wanted and only approached me with a job that fit my needs. Keislyn got me the opportunity to interview with a national manufacturer for a position that considered all I had to offer.

Before I knew it, I had two more interviews with the same company and then it was a couple weeks of silence. Before I knew it I had an offer extended to me that exceeded my initial requirements, I was very impressed. I would not have had the ability to land my new position without the help of Keislyn, and for that I am grateful that Keislyn thought I would be a great candidate. Keislyn is not the typical recruiter you meet, she puts her candidates needs and the needs of clients first and makes excellent matches between the two while being human.

I highly recommend that people choose to work with Keislyn because she will listen to your needs and treat you as a person to what is best for you. Keislyn changed my perception that I initially had of Leddy Group years ago and made my experience highly enjoyable. I recommend Leddy Group because of Keislyn's understanding and attentiveness.

I had the most wonderful experience with Leddy Group, this was all because of Keislyn. Me and my family arrived less than a year ago from Brazil and I was ready to start looking for a job, but my confidence level wasn't that high and if it wasn't for her cheering for me and letting me know that I was really worth it, I don't think I would be able to land this job. I'll start my new job tomorrow and I'm really thankful to have met her and Leddy group.

My experience with Leddy Group has been a very positive team effort. I have had the opportunity to work with a team member named Keislyn. She has been very motivated to help place me in a position that would both benefit me, as well as the prospective company. Had the absolute pleasure to have worked with Kendra while I was looking for a new job recently. Time after time she exceeded my expectations in terms of the jobs she was finding me, as well keeping me very well informed on what to expect at each company. She was also very considerate of my time constraints as I was working a different job at the time and had limited time to interview, but she made it all work.

My experience at Leddy Group has been nothing less than AMAZING! I started internally as a Jr. Staffing Coordinator to complete an internship needed for school and it has turned into a full-time, core employee position for me starting in December. Ironically, 1 year exactly from when I started there as a supplemental employee. I work with the best team where everyone is so supportive and it truly makes me LOVE coming to work.

Everyone is very welcoming and Leddy Group is now a place I call home. I love helping the community with finding employees and jobs so please call our office if you are looking for employment or employees!

The only compliant I would have is that Beck and her crew found so many good opportunities for me that I actually had to do some serious thinking about what I want. 100% recommend working with them you will be glad you did!

My interactions with the Leddy Group recruiters were extremely helpful when finding a career post-college! Both Kendra and Patty were extremely responsive and kind, very supportive and gave me excellent advice to make the best choice for me, to find where I'd be happiest! I am extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Amber was absolutely nothing short of spectacular. She was so helpful, responsive, and understanding of my needs during my job hunt. She is a fantastic active listener and really takes the time to acknowledge you as an individual and as a prospective employee. She never presented any jobs to me that weren't within the range/field I was pursuing and was not pushy when things changed on my end.

All in all, I cannot say enough good things about Amber and the team at Leddy Group for their professionalism and sensitivity. They're willing to go to bat for their clients and work hard to get you where you want to be!

I couldn't have had a better experience! With this being my first time working with a recruiter I wasn't sure what to expect but Kendra was very professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. She help me find a Manufacturing Engineering position rather quickly and I would recommend to anyone needing help finding a job. A+
