PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR I WAS SUBJECTED TO: I was coerced into signing a contract with VISTA Staffing solution, I was given misleading information that they would provide me with adequate housing. I told them I needed more time to get housing and childcare organized on the ground and they said they would provide me with a car and transportation to do that.

When I get there they completely pulled a bait and switch on me and actually told me to leave the assignment. Once I got home they sent me a bill saying that I owed them money since I did not complete the assignment. I am a physician who has devoted so many personal sacrifices to complete my career, I never imagined being treated this way.

Absolute love them! Best company to work for! Always treat their physicians with dignity and respect.

I have worked with VISTA for over 15 years. There have been many changes in that time, but the one constant has always been the great people I've had the privilege to work with. Everyone has been very supportive in helping me grow in my role.

My experience with vista has been mixed but overall for physicians I feel that there are better companies out there. In the end you are treated as a number and I felt that at times when mistakes were made on their end they did not take accountability for them and instead blamed the physician. I think there are many more professional companies out there who actually care about relationships instead of money and making contacts. Shop around when choosing a locum company! I usually do not post but I felt it was important because I don't want anyone to go through what I did.

Physicians beware! They bait & switch with assignments. Their focus is the client / hospital, not the doctor. Each step of the on board process is bungled. This is from a year's experience, not based on an isolated assignment. They brag on company review sites about the great income they make from the physicians they treat poorly. There are lots of locums companies, shop around!
