They worked with me to find a new job. I initially enjoyed the process of working w/ Dan Flachsbart. He asked all the right questions to get me what I needed. Unfortunately towards the end of the process he began to be very deceptive and continually feed me lies about my prospects. He would promise to get back to me with any news but kept dodging me. If this is what Westport One stands for from its recruiters they are not a company worth your time.

Dan Flachsbart asked me what I wanted out of my next job. I replied that I liked the work that I was doing but felt that I was getting underpaid, so if I could write my own destiny, I would work for a company that I could do the same job at, have the same benefits or similar, have more opportunities for career advancement, and make more money. The job he found me checks all the boxes. My salary went up over 50%, the benefits package is nearly identical, I have great career prospects, and I now work from home and get to spend more time with my family.

Dan is a very professional and passionate recruiter specializing in IT jobs. Tyler is a one of the best recruiters I have spoke with. He actually understands construction and is well connected. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on in the market and who was building what. He was extremely professional, but down to earth. I guess the reason I liked Tyler's approach was because he didn't try sell me and force a company down my throat as the greatest. He had many positions open ( real jobs not contracts)but focused on learning about me and want I wanted. Nice job kid!
