I went to Ascot Staffing back in 2012, and it was life changing! They placed me at a contract job at the fire department which was something I was hesitant on doing (not related at all to what I wanted to be doing). However, since I needed a job, I accepted the temp job anyways. Little did I know that that job was going to change my life! I ended up starting a career within the fire department and it's all because of Ascot Staffing!

I never would have known to look at jobs within the fire department or what kind of careers were even at the department. I am SO glad Ascot Staffing placed me there! I have them to thank for my new career! Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Don & Nadine (no longer works there) were so helpful and I am super grateful for them. It was an easy process and you have to patient!

I've worked with Ascot since 2015 and it has been nothing less than a great experience. They got me an assignment very quickly and worked around changes in my schedule (due to taking classes) seamlessly. Don is a wonderful person to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, was honest with me about what different assignments entailed, and was always pleasant to talk to. The only reason I'm not still working with them is because I've moved out of the Bay Area. Will miss them all. Would highly recommend!

Submitted my resume for a Clerical position through Ziprecruiter.com, and then I received a phone call from Don earlier today to talk about the position. Asked about my background, and questions then said he was to show the client my resume and call me back. Don called me back saying he has great news. The client wants to interview me. So from there he explained the documents and he e-mailed me the documents that I have to fill out & sign & e-mail back to him.

Then I get a phone call back (while I was about to print the documents) from Don, and basically told me he wasn't going to give me the job. If you want to know the reason why ask Don. I'm still upset about this, and he'll regret the decision that he made.

This agency is truly and completely genuine! Dede is a sweetheart, she goes above and beyond any expectations you may have. Don is so down to earth and takes a genuine interest in you and your needs. They don't just try to place you in a job for placement sake like other staffing agencies. Other agencies are out there to make quotas and numbers, not the case with Ascot at all.

They place you in with a job that is a great fit and totally tailored to you. If I'm ever in the job market search again, I definitely won't hesitate to call Ascot Staffing! Highly recommended.

I joined Ascot in 2015, I moved to the bay area with a job that was not fulfilling, to long of a commute and not the greatest work environment. I stumbled upon Ascot and my life changed ever since. Don, Peggy, Ilona and everyone in Ascot are a class act, they are great, professional, helpful, understanding people that provide you with the tools for success.

I started with a 3 month temp to hire contract that I held for a year and I was recently offered a full time position with the same company and I cant thank Ascot enough for finding the best job I've ever had, just what I was looking for! I joined Ascot in 2012. After having worked for several temp agencies in the Bay Area, I was elated to find a temp agency that believed in the one on one, personal touch. I started a temp assignment in late October and held it for a almost a year. While there I experienced a few bumps and was able to call Don & Peggy and talk to them about it. Their insight was invaluable.

My latest experience with Ascot Staffing resulted in a temporary part-time job that translated into a full part-time job with a GREAT COMPANY. Don is the man. December was a very rough month for me and I'm glad I chose Ascot, I called their office right after checking their reviews on Yelp, and Don was very open, honest, and welcoming to me about their expectations. I appreciate his candor and forthright attitude as it helped me know what was expected of me. I went into the office after submitting my resume, took a couple of assessment tests, and before I made the twenty minute drive back home Don was calling me telling me I had an interview lined up for tomorrow!

I went to the place and interviewed and before I got home again Don was calling me to tell me I got the job! I'm really excited to start work, but more so I'm excited to see a staffing agency that genuinely cares about people who want to work. Thank you Don.
