I went there to complete a typing test certificate and it was fast, easy and the staff members were helpful. The room is a big open square office as the other reviewer stated, the computers are in a corner of the room when you first enter the office. In the same room are the office staff, which is helpful when you think about it because you're able to ask questions along the way if you need to. However, that also means it might not be the most quiet environment to test in. Overall I appreciated the help I received here, and got my certificate in a very short amount of time.

I went in for a typing test, The receptionist was really nice. The office is basically a big open box, there are 3 computers in a corner with a sign that says quiet testing in progress. While I was doing my typing test the employees were loud and singing and very disturbing! I only went there because that is where tvusd suggests for typing tests. I won't go bAck!

OK first off is the website, they aren't clear at all about what you are to do. I printed out a pre-employment questioniare & W-4 filled them out and brought them to the office with my resume. The lady at the desk acted like she had no idea what i was talking about when i said i wanted to put in an application. I told her I had paperwork ready, she said that didn't make sense.
From what I'm used to, you fill out paper work when you get to an office for employment services. Now she tells me I have to go back home and fill out an additional online application. I ask her what is the purpose of the paper work on the website, and she couldn't tell me. Don't waste your time with this service, the people in charge hopefully don't know about how lazy the office workers are there. I'm trying to find REAL work and they are getting paid to sit around doing nothing. Oh, yeah the office was EMPTY by the way, I was the only one there and they wouldn't help, or should i say DO THEIR JOB!
