Fantastic agency to work for! Professional, trustworthy staff that has worked for the owner for a decade or more!

I used Traycee to furnish, for two years, a daytime caregiver for my wife, who was suffering from Frontotemporal dementia. The caregiver took excellent care of her, rather like a friend who was there to help rather than an employee. She was kept clean and neatly dressed, was taken to appointments, shopping or out to a meal when she was capable of doing so. I would recommend Traycee to anyone who needs the services of a competent caregiver.

We needed to find 24-hour care for my mom in hospice, starting At 6pm on a Friday evening. Traycee was the only service to call us back out of 6 or 7 that we tried, and we had a caregiver by 9pm that evening. Every single person who worked those final12 days of my mom's life was dedicated and caring. I was able to phone screen each person to ensure I felt comfortable, and when there wasn't a good fit, a replacement was found immediately. The responsiveness and caring of the entire team was impressive. Highly recommend for families in need of these services!

I've owned several businesses, and have always believed that every call that comes in should be treated with the same courtesy as a customer would receive - after all, any person calling may one day BE a potential customer. With that in mind, I'd like to say that whoever answers the phone at this business is the rudest person I've encountered in months.

It doesn't necessarily mean that their services are subpar, but first impressions can be awfully predictive. I personally would never call this company again under any circumstances.

I have used Traycee caregivers to help my elderly uncle with outings, errands, doctor's appointments and the like for a couple of years now. They are very reliable and come with high recommendations. Their caregivers are gentle and kind. We have been very happy with them.

We had a good experience. The staff at Tracyee listened carefully to our needs and helped us find our nanny. This nanny has been with us now for 3.5 years with no end in sight. It was a great fit!

This company without exception were dedicated, loving kind and hard working. I cannot even begin to express how satisfied we were the work they did taking care of my sick wife. They went well and beyond what was expected of them! I would highly recommend this company!

I have used services for nannies & housekeepers for 25 years. This company is awful. They do not do any due diligence on their prospects. They referred us a nanny to do housekeeping & care for our 6 & 7 year old kids in Highland Park. They were constantly calling me for their $1400 referral fee! What they failed to do was tell us that this person who was very nice DID NOT READ Or WRITE!

Not only was she unable to communicate she was unable to work with my kids. What made this even worse & potentially fatal was her buying muffin with pecans in it. With a daughter with a nut allergy. When confronted she said it had pecans not nuts! Of course since letting her go those frequent calls from Traycee seemed not to happen! Have not heard from them since they were paid. DO NOT USE THEM for many reasons mostly your child's safety
