Never got out. They only choose from their people that's been there awhile. A new person doesn't have a chance. Went there for two weeks needing to get at least one day to pay my phone bill. Never happened.

I had a very last minute request to hire a large number of workers, and TLC was able to step in and provide a team of hard working individuals to complete the task. Everyone I spoke to was eager to help and very responsive. THANK YOU!

I consistently get work here and Jeff the owner is a very kind hearted person. I would recommend this place for anyone going through "times." Thank you TLC.

I've been working with TLC for seven months now and am beyond pleased. The work is fair and consistent, the staff are unbeatable, and they even paid for me to get OSHA10 certification.

Throw out everything you ever thought about a "DAY LABOR" company. The Staff knows each of us by name and make us all feel like family. Mom's you can make extra money for back to school, even a student on break. They have work for all. SHOW ME THE MONEY, not just a quote from a movie! I made more money part time @TLC in a year, then i did any full time job I've had.

And you don't have to deal with needing to request time off for family or appointments. You are your own Boss I'm still here 3 years later and so are my daughter's I encourage anyone between jobs, needing extra income, or wanting to learn new skills to Apply.and say hello to Stephen!

I feel that they are a very good labor agency.however they seem to have a night crew manager at century link field of bad manners and bad manners toward the crew.if she were gone they would be great.

I came here as a new hire. I have flagged and forklift certification with plenty of work experience and I was always one of the first to arrive at this office. I came in three times in the early morning. All times the lady at the front told me she would send "her people" or to jobs before she got to me. Even though I got there earlier than they did, they got the job, and I ended up waiting there for hours until the told me the office was closed.

I woke up at 4am for three days only for them to give those jobs to other people and leave me there without work. It's a horrible company for skilled and experienced workers. You'll feel right at home if you're not as hard as a worker and if you get on their good side.

I really want to thank TLC. When I became new to Seattle homeless TLC was there and I survived. Helped me stay sober. Celebrating 10 off drugs.

These dudes ARE the best (most pro) outfit to work for re "paid-daily" labor organizations ( like Labor Ready, Pacesetters, etc). Trust me - I've worked for pay-daily labor outfits from Dallas to Miami. In Dallas' Pacesetters Personnel day-labor office, they'd serve crack cocaine right there in the office to employees after work, pulling huge boulders out of crack-cocaine stashed inside a trash can inside the Pacesetters office.

No lie. But, Trades Labor Seattle is a very pro outfit. Yeah, they expect you to work hard, and if you do they reward you for it, thru steady work, etc. ( Steve, Jeff, Chantel, thank you for your true professionalism.) Last week they sent me to demo 300 linear yards of concrete forms, etc. And me and my co employee Rodney literally worked thru our lunch to accomplish the task by 3:30pm, although we could've easily quit, and still have been paid same. But, TLC is pro. FACEBOOK me @ Jimi James Hedrick (747-273-7081) & read other reviews NOT so pleasant. but just as honest.
