Temp Force

Critical: Professionalism This place is a joke. They tried to lock me in the building and wouldn't let me leave. They were highly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this place. I've never had an issue with getting a job before til now.

It's all a scam. All they care about is the money they make for themselves. They make bank while making sure the working man stays at the bottom. If you get hurt in an on the job accident, trust me, they will leave you out to dry. Temp agencies as a whole should be shut down. The workers are always the ones who get screwed in the end. I give one star because zero or negative isn't an option.

I've been in their system for about 18 years, and I have NEVER received one phone call from them about a job. I have seen where they advertised jobs in the local paper, but when I called to inquire about the jobs, I was always told that they don't have anything available. This goes on every time I call.

Not great, just not that great I was left not getting much from them. Very start to the point with me and just not great. I really feel like I wasted my time going there. That's just me. Anyway

DONT! go threw them! go threw Elwood staffing my grandmother passed and they gave me a point for the day of the funeral they don't do any type of grieving Is what they told me. That is a sorry company that don't care about anyone or anything but them self. We shouldn't help company's like this.

I accidentally applied to temp force and i am so glad I did. I got a call almost immediately after I applied asking for me to come in and speak with them. I had to take a few tests in writing and on the computer. After I finished, I was told that I would get a call soon. I got called in for an interview two days later and got offered a job the day I interviewed. My experience with temp force was amazing considering I had a job within a week. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The agents there are very friendly and do call frequently to try to place you in a job. The process isn't the best though. I've just moved here from Florida, and the staffing places there interview you in the office and if they feel you are a fit, they give you the information you need to start with that company and tell you when to show up. The actual companies don't interview you.

However with Tempforce, I had to interview with the agents, interview with the company, then had to go back to Tempforce to tell them the questions I was asked in the interview. It was honestly a waste of time for me, and I'm sure for everyone else. After a while you start to get tired of getting called for interviews every week instead of an actual job.

Great company! TempForce works very hard to place each employee with a perfect fitting employer. TempForce is not your everyday contract employee company, they go above and beyond to make sure each need is met! The workers at TempForce are kind and easy to talk to, which makes job placement a better experience.
