Michael Leccese is President of Techneeds LLC Address: 18 Pelham Rd, Salem, NH 03079. His employee Jon Way tricked me twice and lost a certain amount of money. I wrote to him and explained everything in detail about what and how it happened and asked him what he thinks about it. To my regret, he didn't even answer me, probably in his company it's a common thing when people are cheated for money. It seems to me that decent and well-mannered people should not ignore people, especially if they are leaders.

Despite being a recent graduate, the recruiter kept trying to push me into basic warehouse-type jobs even though I told her I would like to use my degree. Then she insisted on hounding me about the ill-fitted job offer when I told her I was pursuing interviews I had acquired on my own. It was clear she never even read my resume since she had no idea that I was a graduate or what I have my degree in.

My recruiter found me a job that didn't fit what I was looking for. I found a new job and told my recruiter I did not want to work at the job he found for me anymore. He had always been so nice and would talk to me like a friend. He asked me where I was going to work and I told him the name of the company. He sounded very angry, making it a point to tell me he had never heard of that company, and then hung up.

The same day I called my recruiter, I did my background check, signed all my paperwork, and did a drug test. The next day I get a call saying "they don't want to hire me anymore after receiving a tip about my behavior".

The staff especially Candyce were excellent and were swift with interviewing and hiring. I recommend that if you need a job they are the ones to go through.

I work at a site in Merrimack, and the place is awesome, only if you work for the right people, as far as TechNeeds, their employees like to lie to their clients or possible employees to fill the positions. Make sure you ask for the job description first before you jump into anything, then get written up and warning for standing up for yourself and explaining that it wasnt what you were told that the job was entailed. They just sent the job description 3-4 weeks after working the contract. The only reason why I am working here still is for respect towards one program manager. that is it.

The short Asian girl that work here is extremely rude. People are here to find work, not steal your money. Learn how to have some manners when addressing people. Don't go to the short nosey Asian girl when you see her. Just wait until someone else can take care of your work related needs properly without an attitude. It's not worth it.

As the reviewer stated below, the recruiters here intend to lie to there clients about pay rate just to send you to the site so they can get paid. Make sure you ask tons of questions before submitting to an Interview or work site.
