Turbine End-user Services (TEServices) has been performing gas turbine verification and evaluation for operators since 2002 offering non-biased expert technical advice for your turbine components and rotors before, during and after the repair process at OEMs and alternative companies. TEServices also provides verification and advice for the purchase of new and used turbine components and rotors. Our inspectors are strategically located in Houston, Texas and Amsterdam, Netherlands to provide cost-effective verification worldwide.
Services
In 2002, Hans van Esch founded TEServices by taking over the vendor verification from Natole Turbine Enterprises, (NTE). Hans further developed the vendor verification with a 6 step program, see Combined Cycle Article, metallurgical evaluations, lifetime assessment and extension, failure analysis, and training to the TEServices program.
Management of your components during manufacturing and refurbishment is critical (see Combined Cycle Journal "Six Steps to successful refurbishment of your IGT components") TEServices can perform this for you and your company when you do not have the resources (expertise or time).
TEServices assesses turbine components in our metallurgical lab including life extension, failure analyses, as well as brazing, coating and welding qualifications. Our in-house capabilities include nondestructive testing (NDT), visual, 3D digital and scanning electron microscopy as well as automatic sectioning, grinding and polishing.
It is of great importance to avoid surprises during the manufacturing, repair, and/or coating process that might impact delivery time or other requirements. A quality audit could be limited to the quality system itself or combined with a technical audit. A formal audit to define your supplier's quality system, along with an opinion, is provided outlining the strong and weak points which may impact a potential order.

Hans and his staff are very knowledgeable in the metallurgical aspects of gas turbine component repairs. Their shop inspection services and in-depth knowledge of repair techniques are invaluable to plant staff to ensure quality repair. TEServices supports their customers through the whole process, from developing the repair scopes, to shop quality inspections and product inspections prior to shipping.
