Terrible! I applied on Indeed.com for a remote data entry job to start mid February with Wells Fargo. I went to have my fingerprints taken, and waited a whole month. Nothing. The recruiter was apparently let go. I started to get suspicious when another employee never got back to me, about questions I had. I turned down other full time positions, because I was waiting for this one to start, since it was remote. No communication what so ever!

My experience was miserable pretty much felt like a "bait and switch ". I have considerable experience in financial services industry, excellent references etc and was open to full time or part time employment had moved into area due to spouse job. Had several calls with recruiter last name Hamilton who was extraordinarily encouraging met in office talked about specific positions and then nothing? No follow up no contact etc. so unprofessional don't waste your time.

I went in for an interview and was told that the job that I applied for was not seeking a person like me, the interviewer told me that the company wanted to have a person with license and management exeperience, and that because she was not able to find both, she was submitting resumes that were either with license and not leadership experience, or with leadership experience and not the license.

I was confused because I fit one of the two criterias and was told that they would continue to look for me something. Then I was told that they wanted to Market me, basically take my name off my resume, and present it in front of potential customers, and try to get business using my resume, if that is the case, you can put any name on that resume and submit it to a company to get whomever a job, instead of the persons name that really belongs on that resume, so they are deceiving the company and the person looking for a job.

I would recommend, looking for a job on your own instead of using this company. I have done plenty of interviews with this Agency and have never been called back. They have a preferred list, and some people will never make it on that list. *****UPDATE********* I received a call from the person that I interviewed with the next day after I posted this review and told me that I would be hearing from her and that she would keep in touch, well it has been two months since I have heard from her and I continue to see jobs that I feel would be a great fit for me, and all the while I still have not heard anything from them regarding assistance with seeking employment, this is why I say you would be better off finding a job on your own than going through this place.

I have to say, I truly am not getting the same experience the few others have posted. I went in on Monday and was set up with first interview yesterday and another for today. There could be several reasons for the issues, 1. is recruiter who is new in the area or position 2. Your resume may not be exact fit for the positions they have, especially a lot of these banks here have NYC values and look for proactive and professional dress (I was actually told to go to Wells in a business suit not business casual). 3.

It is a tough market and questions and answers are a key issue. I met with Wells on 2 occasions with other firms. One gave a feed back and explained that I could not give hard to the point examples. My suggestion is to go back and ask the recruiter what has happened or what needs to change or feedback for jobs. Courtney has been absolutely amazing and pushing to no end to get me into a position.

Being a recruiter is not easy and pushing these firms is absolutely difficult. It also depends on the click between interviewer and interviewee. No connection no job. I am learning that the hard way.

I was unfortunately in a position where my company made cuts and I was in the position looking for a new job. I met with a number of staffing agencies, as well as, searching on my own. I applied for a job on one of the search engines, which was actually posted by Talent Bridge (It did not say Talent Bridge on the posting). The job was a position posted to be working in Rock Hill, SC, which I did not mind.

I got a call from the recruiter to dicuss the position. She mentioned the job was actually in Lancaster, SC and wanted to see if I was interested. Lancaster is much further than Rock Hill, so absolutely not. I was not thrilled with this deception to bait people in since Lancaster is not really the ideal work place for most people. The recruiter mentioned there were a couple other jobs that might be a fit and requested I come in to meet.

I took the time to come in, and out of all the staffing agencies, this was the quickest meet and greet, really 10 minutes or less. The recruiter mentioned there were two positions she would submit my resume for, and I inquired when I would hear back. She mentioned that week. I never did hear back from her on the positions or from her at all for anything else or even to check in. Ultimately a waste of my time, but I had to check every avenue out.

I've been working with several recruiters at four different agencies to assist me in my job search but this may be the worst agency I've ever gone through. If I could give them no stars (0/5) I would. I went through the interviewing process with the agency which was very uncomfortable and I can sense that they only consider a certain demographic.

They have not sent me on one interview, but instead, rip me to shreds in regards to my lack of experience, background and reasoning for previous termination, not returning my phone calls nor my emails and just make disparaging remarks. I regret going through them because it had dampened my spirit a little but I'm not going to let one bad apple spoil the bunch.

My search still continues and for those who had a similar encounter, don't get discouraged. Don't let a shitty agency like Talent Bridge count you out. Stay motivated

Lost my references 4 times they were too lazy or unskilled to check the prior emails. Not veteran friendly.

I had a great experience with Talentbridge, especially Brittany Falzone-D'Andrade, very professional, she has restored my faith in recruiters. Thank you Brittany!

To be completely honest, this agency (specifically recruiter) has to be one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I received a call from a staffing manager and we exchanged information to setup a time to discuss my goals and priorities. That day and time comes where I left work to have this call and almost an hour after the call was to begin, I get an email that says "Sorry, I was in a meeting now going to another one, I think I know enough about you." You couldn't even call me when you SETUP this phone call to apologize?

I had canceled a mid-day meeting at my current employer to attend this call to say the least. I acted courteous immediately afterwards then about 4 weeks go by with no contact so I follow up via email. Shocker, no response. I would like someone to contact me to see if this is your routine way of conducting business. I have let all of my other business professionals in the community know of this lackluster attempt of a staffing MANAGER. Hopefully this is isolated for the company's sake.

My experience with Talent Bridge wasn't so great. I worked with Courtney first. She set me up with a position at the corporate office of a very well known retail company in the area. She even brought me in to meet with her so that, as she explained over the phone, we could go over my resume to make sure it caught the eye of the company. The job suddenly "fell through" right before the interview, but she said she would be in contact soon to set me up for more positions that matched my qualifications--soon NEVER came.

I never heard from Courtney again. Almost a year later I decided to give them another try, this time applying for a position under Brian D. I called him to follow up, but according to the secretary he was either really busy, had someone in his office, or the phone would ring & I was immediately sent to voice mail. I emailed him once to see if he'd gotten the 2 messages I'd left for him or the voice mail.

I never received a response. Talent Bridge lacks the professionalism they attempt to portray on their website. I tried again because I wanted to believe that one person's attitude did not represent the company as a whole, but I was wrong. They come off as very judgmental, a tad bit snobbish & do not seem to focus on the task at hand--placing people in positions of EMPLOYMENT! Do NOT put all of your "eggs in one basket" when dealing with THIS "agency"!

I totally agree! The Talent Bridge associate I dealt with was very unprofessional. I figured that out during the initial conversation. Anyone that is that hyped up ALL the time is not dealing with a full deck, very confrontational and somewhat ignorant. One particular associate there needs to bring it down a notch and stick with the facts. If there is speculation, don't bring it at all!

I think she's actually over others in the office which is scary. Please people---do not accept any job offer with Talent Bridge over any other assignments. If you get another job offer look out for you----take the other offer regardless of the assignment end date with Talent Bridge. DO NOT WAIT for them to call the shots! Continue to look for other assignments always.

There are so many other placement agencies/recruiters out there! Thank goodness I have a decent job. I wish you guys the best during your job search. Remember, do not give up---keep your options open until you find a permanent job.

I had a friend of mine who used to work for Talent Bridge and she had a good experience with Talent Bridge. Talent Bridge placed my friend to work with Wells Fargo. I personally didn't have a good experience with Talent Bridge. Talent Bridge set me up with an interview with Wells Fargo couple months ago and the interview went well. Three days later Talent Bridge called me and told me that they offer me the job.

I did the finger prints and followed every procedure and after all the procedures I followed, one day later Talent Bridge called me and told me that the client went with other candidate. Talent Bridge should be more professional before they call people and offer candidate its job. I just want job seekers to know before you quit your contract job and go to Talent Bridge, make sure Talent Bridge really offers you a job because you never know couple days they can withdrawl its offer. In my own opinion, Talent Bridge in this location is not very diverse in hiring people. They are really judgemental rather than focusing on people skills and talents.
