The worst app for clock in and payroll! non stop problems that they have made clear they have no intention of fixing. just now they're app won't let me clock out for lunch and keeps freezing. The best thing you can possibly do for your business is not use this company and its services as it fails on a daily basis. At a minimum, 3 to 4 times a week I have to get our office to fix something.

We started with TAG Employer Services some months ago. This is an amazing company well head of the curve, digital in communication, but with expertise is every personnel area, and key people available for any issue by phone, zoom, email or whatever. The money we have saved in legal expense alone is significant. They save you from running to lawyers over simple matters that lawyers make complicated. Impeccable record keeping.

Each of our employee have their own password protected account to check on their personal payroll records as well as new policies automatically loaded into the program. This is literally night and day from our last payroll company. My only wish is that we made the change earlier. We have peace of mind in an area where regulations change constantly. GREAT company.

I'll start off by letting you know we ended up not utilizing TAG services due to compatibility issues (we use hourly minimums like hospitals and oilfields). Having said that, TAG is an excellent service for anything HR related - times, PTO/vacation, 401k and other benefits. The employees are friendly and helpful, and will get you an answer even if it's not "their" department. Nicki was a tremendous help throughout the entire set up process and worked beyond the normal 8-5 hours.

The dashboard (pictured) was SO helpful and professional and I loved the little touches they added- every time I logged in, there was a different greeting (Hello, Cris; Buenos Dias!, etc.). We have a very small office (I'm the HR Manager, Safety Coordinator and AR Manager) - if this had worked out for us it would have saved me so much time and effort! I highly recommend TAG for your payroll and benefits!

TAG has been so receptive and helpful with my business in so many areas. From dealing with payroll issues to paperwork for my PPP loan. The staff always replies in a quick and respectful manner. I would highly recommend TAG to any business, large or small.

Unprofessional, Irresponsible and terrible customer service. I made a huge mistake and moved from Paychex to TAG because of the advertises they had on their certified payroll and compliance paper work, but after 3 months I had to cancel and go back to Paychex. All the reports I was getting from TAG were useless and I had to do them manually myself. certified payroll that I was paying for was not working and they were trying to fix it for 3 months.

I was paying 3 times more than Paychex and no credit was issued at the end for the service that they couldn't provide. beside all of that, after 3 months I still cannot get form 941 from them for our PPP loan. I was going to give this company another shot after I spoke to their manager and her promises for future improvements, but after I see how unprofessional they are and cannot even do a simple quarterly report, I would never do business with them again.

We have been with Tag for 14 years so far. They have been the best of any other payroll services we have used in the past and that I've also used in personal business. Great customer service. They handle it all! To err is human and on occasion in 14 years there might have been an error or two. It was corrected quickly and never any extra effort on my part.

They do everything we expected from day one to present. I'd recommend this company to any business! They certainly take a load off my plate and I appreciate every single one of them!

Any poor reviews Must be looked at and seen with clear eyes. This company is the best ASO / payroll Hr company on planet Earth. Best technology, best customer service, best resources for effectively managing my benefits and HR compliances. Call and ask for Jordan Stern, he's the VP of Sales. My fractional CFO introduced us to him and he gets full marks for understanding and conveying the financial and human impact of my transition from ADP to TAG.

I am so happy my company is using viper tag. Erica is a great addition to viper. I had a few challenges with my insurance. Erica went above great customer service and personally took charge. Viper Tag is great company. i recommend them.

TAG has given me confidence with prevailing wage payroll processing. If an issue does arise, having someone who truly understands is phenomenal. TAG is always there to find a solution. Bottom line, I feel like I have a real partner that I can rely on!

I purchased a business that was using TAG for their payroll service, and couldn't be more disappointed in their "customer service". Once they realized I wasn't going to continue their services (I already had my own), they wouldn't give me the time of day. I left numerous (6) voicemails starting back in October because I needed them to send me information regarding my new employees benefits, and haven't received a single reply to them.

My employees have begun to call them because their HSA prepaid medical card got cancelled by them, and even after they were told that they were reactivating the card "within the hour", two weeks later they are again calling and leaving yet another voicemail. Beware of doing business with these people, I can't think of a positive interaction I've had with them.

We signed up with them a few months ago and their customer service has been amazing. They held our hand every step of the way and their software is truly amazing. Before TAG, we had been with the same payroll company for 15 years. We had looked at switching before when payroll companies pitched us but it was always a disaster and we switched back every time.

We were skeptical when TAG told us they were different but we decided to give them a try. We are so glad that we gave TAG a chance. They have been fantastic and even fixed some problems that were caused by our old company.

Idiots and Egos welcome. If you love this company they you obviously don't mind yr information exposed loose who can hack their platform. More obviously you didn't vet your solution and you definitely don't understand technology. You-just-got-sold by their sales Dept. Or your just cheap employer. Me: "I wouldn't trust this company's competence to pickup after my dog." Avoid this company at all costs.

The high level of incompetence in the platform technology TagPay built - which holds all yr personal identity data, SS number, address etc. Is just an open door waiting to get hacked. I can only speak of my experience as an employee enrolling in direct-deposit. (Rocket science to this company.) 1. They couldn't find a Bank of America bank routing Number for direct deposit which should have been my first red flag.

But the fact that the TagPay CEO - Ron and the CTO - Alex implied it was my mistyped error. Bluntly ignoring the routing number being valid on the BOA site and has been for 20years. But hey, as a 20+ technologist and developer myself I really need to spend 3 days and 5 emails to bug-shoot yr obviously inaccurate platform. (Excuse my Sarcasm, but really if TapPay could they just pretend they gave a little bit about their customer) They never got it correct either.

Direct Deposit was a challenge for them. But let's get to the people because there are so many unprofessional issues beyond the technology platform they developed. 2. I in writing asked their main contact Audrey to delete all my Info when I ended my contract with company who employed TagPay. (No Response) 3. Hijacking the management of my 401K (your probably rolling yr eyes) Yup, this company with out my permission rolled my permission under their "401K Administrator- Kevin" management.

They failed to notify that had down this in any capacity. That was April 2018, Then there is the 60-day window opportunity to roll yr 401K anywhere else. It requires a pretty standard document (annual disclosure document) to move it to yr chosen 401K managment company. I found out all of this by chance in June. 6 emails and 2 phone calls to the "401K Administrator- Kevin".

One email from Kevin- it will take 24 hours because they haven't built that "required" functionality into their 401k employee management platform as of yet". So as that do nothing except burn through my 60-Days to roll my 401k away from this abomination of a company managing yrs (and my 401K) money I begin to pursue legal next steps. Btw they also card $75 to roll your 401k and 90 days to roll your account away of them. ($50 and 30 Days is standard in the industry.) This is not a customer-centric company.

TAG was very helpful in setting up our payroll, 401K and insurance for all of our employees. I relied on them a lot with HR questions and concerns and they were always willing to help and go out of their way to make my job as a practice administrator much easier. They are awesome.
