5 stars! This is my first time working with a staffing agency and I'm glad it was through Staffing Solutions. Jomel L. is very understanding and took his time to make sure he got to know me during the early stages of my application. Rose A. is so friendly has greatly helped me land my first assignment just a few weeks after my interview! Both Rose and Jomel still check up on me almost a month later and are always available when I have questions. Thank you so much!

I was contacted by a recruiter named Veronica Lainez, about a recruiter position with a company in my town. She told me I would be great, so we set up a date for an interview. Later, she called and said the interviewer needed to cancel because they were at Disneyland? and wanted to reschedule. That sounded like a pretty ridiculous excuse. So Veronica asks me to check my calendar, and let her know which days I'm available.

I contacted her by phone, text and email NUMEROUS times. Never heard a word back. She completely disappeared. That was two weeks ago. How very odd & completely unprofessional. Is this place legit or are they scammers?! BEWARE!

People are really nice. Did not realize this was a staffing company at first. My fault for not realizing. My complaint is that they pay so little! I'm convinced that they take a huge chunk of my pay. Now I know better. I'm never going with a staffing company ever again. If you can find a job on your own, do that instead.

I had a great experience with Staffing. They hired me for a Data Entry job -- it didn't end up going as long as expected due to the external companies needs changing. However, they immediately found me another position. With higher pay! They were very understanding and worked with my needs (I couldn't work full time). I was having a LOT of trouble getting interviews and responses from other applications before working with staffing.

I guess people didn't want to take a chance on someone currently unemployed. Once I put on my resume that I was currently employed, I started getting interviews and I landed my dream job! I am SO GRATEFUL to SSOH!

So first off, the staff are friendly. However, during the call before coming here, on the phone Jackie the woman on the phone had made it out this was the job. Not that they were a staffing facility. So I was of course a little disappointed not at the fact I was under the impression I was going for an 'interview' but for the fact I moved another proper interview AROUND.

To come to this interview. My fault I should of clicked by the name Staffing Remedy. But on the phone sounded like I was coming to a said interview I had applied for. Nonetheless I am not happy I had to waste my time here. And I'm more than capable for looking for a job. Than sitting around not finding a job and going over for what I'm looking for in a job. Which wastes time for both sides.

The recruiter set up an interview date and time with me. 5 minutes past the interview start time, I get a call to cancel and reschedule. Recruiter also asked me several times to resubmit information that had been delivered in various forms. I waited patiently for response until I felt more than ample time had passed before I asked for a decision either way. Only then did I get a message that the lead had expired. Common! Do your jobs! I wonder who did the hiring process within this company? Unacceptable! Don't waste your time.

I am always highly impressed with the customer service that I receive from each and every one of the SSOH employees. Never once I have I ever felt out of the loop or like they weren't working their hardest trying to find the perfect assignment for me. I only wish I would have interviewed with them sooner! As a Job Hopper, I have been struggling in finding a stable job. I have been going to Job Fairs throughout the years and I had stumbled upon Staffing Solutions. At a glance, they had a lot of positions that they were willing to fill and I had taken the initiative in researching the company myself. Little that I knew, they were connected with Facebook and I had stumbled upon a position that had caught my eye, so I decided to contact them and they were impressed with the fact that I had been keeping up with social media.

In about 5 days, I had a great temp position and had learned a lot on work ethics. Without them, I would not have been more improved and more competent as an employee and a rep for any job. If you are looking for anything with a great wrap, this is YOUR starting point!

Working with SSOH has been terrific. As a professional in the accounting industry who moved here from the mainland, I have yet to build relationships in the Hawaii business community. This makes it more difficult to find opportunities or know which companies to look at as potential employers. The process with SSOH was terrific, with a helpful staff who were amazingly prompt!

They assisted with reviewing my resume, and allowed me to interview various employers to ensure that my placement would be a successful, long term fit. Everyone at SSOH is knowledgeable and able to field all questions I had, and always with a genuine smile. They've taken temporary staffing and stepped it up a notch, realizing that in this economy there are qualified people and excellent companies out there.

They simply need someone to help them connect, that's where SSOH steps in, helping people find rewarding careers. Staff at SSOH are a wonderful example of spreading the 'spirit of Aloha'!
