I had the pleasure of working with Jamie Abraham with the Springborn Staffing company for the past approximate 3-4 months and I would recommend her for anybody who's trying to get a job at a place of employment. Jamie is very passionate about her job and works diligently to make sure that her client's needs are consistently being met. Prior to having Jamie take me on as a client, I was having a really hard time getting hired anywhere as a Medical Assistant since I was a recent graduate with not much clinical experience or background.
But with Jamie's help and guidance, I was able to find my forever home within a speciality office in Maine Health. I have been working with Springborn off and on over the years and their professionalism and ethics have set them apart. The ladies in the office are warm and inviting. I mostly work directly with Deb. She is honest and simply amazing. Springborn takes great pride to match your skill set with well established companies for placement compatibility. They also do periodical check-ins to make sure all is well. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Twice Now I was offered a position and then immediately recieved an email stating the position had been filled. Kristi Gagnon is one of the recruiters. She talked to me on the phone about the pay rate and then tried to pay me less then what the ad said on Indeed for the position. Don't waste your time with this temp agency.

Springborn Staffing is the best. Kristi, found me a role immediately with a company that I hope to find myself working with past the length of the temporary position. Every time I had a question, she was quick to respond and periodically checked in to see how the position was going. If I ever find myself looking for another job Springborn Staffing will be the first place I go!
