Where do I start like many have stated RCM is a disorganized staffing agency. The managements is very unprofessional and combative when the overall goal should be performance. The work culture is not diverse at all. If you come from a corporate background this company is a starter up business. The structure of this company is poor. You will often have trouble finding solutions to the problems due to lack of support.

They do not provide adequate training for staff or offer room for growth. You will be overworked because the company is small. You will have big shoes to fill with policies that are not followed by management. So many gaps in the process, policies, and system used. They cut alot of corner and cause dysfunction on every level. A lot of things in this organization is outdated.

They don't use HR systems like most companies. A lot of the time you won't hear back from them which many have stated. I would not suggest anyone to work for this organization. The benefit package is expensive and does not offer great insurance, educational stipend, or matching retirement.

Payment is severely delayed no one knows what they're doing in there department. They cant answer questions barely have any cases and have done nothing they said they would in orientation. Too much of a headache and hassle and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst agency to be employed with as a CNA I contacted my Recruiter Karly Drago about a few issues since I signed up with the company and none of them got resolved. I reached out to her more then several times regarding my CNA license renewal and she kept giving my the run around and then when I tried to get in touch with a supervisor, his name is Brandon the receptionist is basically unwilling to transfer the call after I'm teller her I have issues with my recruiter.

Overall worst experience I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone nobody knows what they're talking about and when they say their gonna get back in touch with you they never do and that's why I'm taking legal action against this company

Consistently changing paras for students, employees are unreliable. Company dont communicate with parents and schools effectively. Does not train people well to do their jobs correctly.

Unresponsive, Maria was communicating so well and then just stopped once you refuse a position because of a personal life issue. That is very unprofessional.

I'm a paraprofessional for RCM Healthcare Services, I started my first case this past school year. Patrick is one of the MOST reliable people & always response as soon as he can. I probably emailed him about 80 times but he's always very professional and responsive. I wouldn't ask for another recruiter cause he's the bomb. Boom! RCM overall is a great company that I am glad to work for and will continue to recommend to others.

The training I received from Keeshaun was very effective, I won't even mind taking another class. Overall RCM is a very outstanding & reliable service who makes sure that their paras goes into a case more than prepared.

I have been with RCM for less than a year but have loved it so far. The management team is wonderful and the work environment is very friendly. During the interview process I met (via Skype) with the company's president, which I thought was very interesting as he speaks with every internal candidate to ensure the right fit for RCM. So far every recruiter and team member at RCM has been responsive and friendly. I look forward to many more years and growth within RCM. 10/10 would recommend!

RCM is an excellent agency. Kristina B is my recruiter. She is quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and she is very sweet. I have worked for other agencies -- Kristina is by far the most qualified recruiter I have had the pleasure of working with. The management is excellent, and you can tell this agency really cares for their providers!

I started to work for RCM Health Care Services in Chicago when the contract company I had been working for was bought by RCM. I have to say the transition went quite smoothly. Anyone I had to talk to at RCM were friendly and very approachable. The benefits are excellent including reimbursement for continuing education. My one small complaint is that sometimes there is confusion between departments about a situation and it takes one or two emails to get it straighten out. Hi I am a RCM employee since 2016 of June. My experiences with the company was good. Any problem I had they was able to listen and help me out to make sure the school I work in I was comfortable and safe. My recruit is Jonathan Kenney and is have been a big help also. Anytime I email or call he make sure to get right back to me. If I need a day off he make sure to have my kid covered for that day or week. June of this year (2018) will Make 2 years I been with RCM and I can say I am thankful for them given me a chance and believing in me when I had no experiences
