The WORST agency I have worked for. Very poor communication and support. AVOID!

This review is long over due. This company does not practice what they preach they send you on a paid training to Utah where they try to sell you on the company culture and I have to be honest and say that experience was great, however once you come back you quickly realize that that was a completely different division of the company, different people, different training, different office building, and different culture.

If you don't like cold calling hoping that by some miracle a nurse would be interested in working with you, that after all the bad things she's heard about your company, you can convince her to work with you for lower pay than the competitors, then this job is not for you. The top recruiters have a steady stream of recurring prospects and get the top picks. Working here was the worst experience of my life, speaking as someone with over 15 years of call center experience and having won multiple awards. My advise is to stay away.

Extremely disorganized. Believes false claims from hospitals due to their ongoing contracts with them. Barely able to get in contact with my recruiter. A few times shorted pay. Told they left voicemail messages when clearly none were left. Massive amounts of communication. Signed a contract for x amount of (guaranteed) hours yet stated only required to pay 5 shifts per 2 weeks. Contracts unable to be seen before signing. Had to give verbal consent for them to sign before even seeing the contract. Husband who has been in travel nursing longer also states that this agency sounded fishy. Avoid at all costs!

My name is Dr Rodriguez this company robbed me and Iied about what I was supposed to be paid. I want everyone to know it. Find another recruiting firm don't be fooled by them. They should have 0 Stars Terrible Company! Robbers Thieves and Liars!

The good reviews here seem to be from recruiters, not those who are looking to take on a contract with them so take that as your first clue. I personally took on a contract with RNN for a notorious hospital and was not supported at all by the staff here. They were more concerned with catering to the hospital. Also, my recruiter, Joseph was rude and sarcastic but everyone spoke so highly of him because he claimed he was Christian yet constantly making belittling remarks and when I asked to switch recruiters, I was met with so much attitude. I should have taken that as a sign to not further any business with them. Live and learn.

I interviewed with them six months ago everyone was very nice The office is really nice! But of course I didn't get the job I also understood why I didn't get the job. Which to me I think it's very funny. I have a lot of recruiting and training I also running a sales office experience. I got the impression from the people I interviewed with. they were intimidated by me because I would literally take their jobs or outperform them which that would've made them look bad.

So if you're looking to just be recruiter and sit in one spot for the rest of your career it's a great company to work for but if you're looking for growth you're probably not gonna find it here.!

Beware if you get a recruiter named Lexi. She will call and call and call and call, waste your time, then tell you to give out your social security number, DOB, Driver's license, nursing license, all credentials prior to even being interviewed. You will have to fill out multiple skills checklists, take multiple tests, send all personal identifying documents through email, prior to any offer.

Would not even discuss a pay rate, an assignment, a travel area, but just seemed like a stalker who wanted to know everything about my personal life for the last 3 decades. Unprofessional, obnoxious, incompetent. Would rather work cleaning bathrooms at Walmart, much less hassle, and likely better pay.

Once upon a time I staffed with this company and had a great experience. During this time of crisis when nurses are in high demand one of their "senior healthcare recruiters" has apparently decided honesty and integrity are not values SHE chooses to engage in. Michelle Kluger, as disappointed as I am in your behavior I quickly realized you only did me a favor, the appreciation expressed by the company that I'm staffing with now far exceeds any I received while making you money.

Maybe RN Network doesn't realize the unprofessional and unethical practices you have chosen to implement into your recruiting, I can only hope my review will save another Individual from the disappointment you brought to me and the healthcare community.

So I was put on "DNR" per recruiter because i wanted to know the rates they are paying ahead of time. No matter who the recruiter, the results remained the same. They have a favorable posting for me. I called to see if they are competative with pay. I am told that the pay is something they have to check on. I say okay, call me back with rates. They hit really low competitively with rates.

And then tell you that you are black listed for asking why the rates are so low. Hey they are allowed to do what they want, Travel Nurses, but it has been my experiance after 10 years of travel nursing that they have some the lowest paying rates out there. Do yourself a favor and shop around w other travel nurse company's.

The best thing that has ever happened to me! Such an honest company to work for. They definitely do care about their people! I mean their motto is Put People First! No matter who you speak to, everyone is in such a good mood, and so happy. That indicates a lot!

RNnetwork truly is a best place to work. Not only for local staffed employees but for our providers and clients as well. I have been here over 10 years and if that doesn't say it all, I am not sure what does! We treat everyone (internally/externally) with compassion and professionalism. It's a dream to work for a company where everyone cares about the work they do!

Amazing company, full benefits and out of this world management. Everyone truly cares for each other and their providers and clients. First place that I have worked at where everyone is passionate about what they are doing!

The communication has improved and the divisions do have a team oriented energy. Love the company.

Probably the WORST experience of my life! Avoid this company as if your nursing degree depends on it, because it does! This company exists soley to exploit you and your nursing degree. You will have zero clinical support! So basically, if have an issue with your assignment, they will throw you under the bus to maintain their relationship with their hospital clients.

They never even sent me my W2! Totally unprofessional and mean spirited! Avoid this company or you will learn the hard way. Don't believe me, read this. https://blog.bluepipes.com/travel-nursing-blacklists/

If I could give zero stars I would. I laughed out loud at another review accusing them of being pimps and used car sales men; nail on the head! Credentialing is a nightmare, no communication between departments, recruiters who make promises they don't keep, and housing in dirty, dangerous places. All they care about is getting your money. I gave them multiple chances and they continued to disappoint at every turn. Keep looking!

I did the application and testing everything I was supposed to do so far on my end. Spoke with a Dorothy who said Kimberly will get ahold of me which she never did. Then Jaime recruiter called me and said let me know if there is anything I can do I will be you main contact person, so then she transferred me to Kimberly (office person) and she said she need to verify some information and get back to me that day and never did.

So I called Jaime and she hasn't returned my call in (2) days. Very unprofessional group of people. Its like it doesn't matter to them. Very disappointing for a Travel Nursing Company. I wouldn't recommend. April 14,2017
